In conformity with international humanitarian norms, the authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), through the mediation of the ICRC Stepanakert office, handed the bodies of two Azeri soldiers over to Azerbaijan. The handover took place at 3:15 p.m., local time, near the village of Bash Karvend, Aghdam section of the line of contact.

Azerbaijan handed the body of the NKR citizen Gavrush Arustamyan over to the Armenian side, reported the NKR State Commission for POWs, Hostages and Missing Persons.
