YEREVAN. – Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Alan Duncan, UK Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs.

The ministers discussed bilateral issues noting importance of mutual visits, consultations between the foreign ministries of two countries,

Armenian Foreign Minister briefed his UK counterpart on the situation following large-scale hostilities launched by Azerbaijan against Nagrono-Karabakh last April. Minister Nalbandian spoke about the damage of April events to the peace process as well as about the efforts undertaken by Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to find a peaceful settlement of the conflict.
