"My answer to your question is, as I told to the Secretary General of NATO, that we need to eliminate all fears and doubts and restore the military cooperation. Yesterday, Jens Stoltenberg in the company of his deputies couldn’t say, that NATO is ready for it. It’s pity, since without  a practical cooperation, the meeting of diplomats cannot solve security issues, "he said.
