YEREVAN. – Armenian parliament speaker voted “for the sake of our country”, he said after casting his ballot.
He had to wait in a queue longer than expected as there was a problem with a fingerprint reader and failed to recognize his fingerprints.
Leaving the booth and dropping the ballot, he told reporters: “There were no difficulties, and I do not think they could be, because the reforms in the Electoral Code were prepared not alone, but together with the opposition.”
