YEREVAN. – Armenia's Central Electoral Commission announced results of the elections to the Yerevan Council of Elders after counting 22 percent of ballots.
The Republican Party of Armenia is leading the vote with 71.09% (53,718 votes). The second comes Yelk bloc with 21.27% (16,074), and Yerkir Tsirani party polled 7.63% (5,768).
