At the summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Istanbul, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan again condemned the U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

At the opening of the summit of the OIC, the Turkish President called on the world countries to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine. Erdogan condemned the scandalous decision of the U.S. President and said that Turkey, as the temporary co-chair of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation invokes Trump to step back from the illegal and provocative decision.
