YEREVAN.- OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs' proposals can become alegal basis for the Karabakh conflict settlement, Armenian foreign ministry spokesperson Tigran Balayan said, commenting on the another statement of the Azerbaijani leadership.
"Proposals of the Minsk Group Co-Chairs can become a legal framework for the settlement of the Karabakh conflict. If the Azerbaijani side agrees with it, then this is a separate case," Tigran Balayan said.
