YEREVAN. – Mayor of the Armenian town of Hrazdan Aram Danielyan has resigned, spokesperson for the Hrazdan municipality told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Danielyan has called for an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Elders to announce the early termination of his powers, Alvina Zakaryan said.
Danielyan has been in office since 2002.
