Russia has completely provided to Armenia the weapons that are intended with the $200mn loan agreements.
The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan, on Sunday told about the aforesaid in a briefing with reporters, reported Tsayg TV.
“The program being implemented with a $200mn loan program has been executed in full,” he said. “The arms and ammunition provided are contemporary, modern armament—even not included in the armament of the Russian Federation.”
