YEREVAN. – Member of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie elected Louise Mushikiwabo as new Secretary General of the organization during the summit in Yerevan.

Rwandan Foreign Affairs Minister Louise will replace Michaelle Jean of Canada who lost her bid for a second term.
