YEREVAN. – Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh has invited the President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian to visit Vietnam.
Sarkissian met with Pham Binh Minh on Friday on the margins of the la Francophonie summit n Yerevan. President Sarkissian welcomed the visit of the Vietnamese delegation.
