YEREVAN. – Acting IT and Transport Minister Hakob Arshakyan said he would most likely appear in the rating list of Nikol Pashinyan-led Civil Contract party for the early parliamentary elections.
However, Arshakyan said he held a meeting and banned the ministry staff from carrying out the activities of the party during working hours.
“I will participate in the campaign during non-working hours and during my vacation,” he added.
