The CSTO leaders consider it necessary to increase collective efforts in the cybersecurity field. This is stated in the declaration of the leaders of the CSTO member countries, approved after the session of the Organization’s Collective Security Council in Astana.
The leaders point out that they attach particular importance to promoting the development and early adoption of universal rules, norms and principles of responsible behavior in the information spaceunder the UN auspices.
