YEREVAN. – The Defense Minister of Artsakh, commander of the Defense Army, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan has not handed over resignation.
Commenting on the rumors, Mnatsakanyan told Tert.am he is not aware of any speculations.
Spokesperson for the Artsakh president Davit Babayan said that if there is a decree, it will be published, and urged to follow the official reports.
The rumors about Mnatsakanyan's resignation appeared on social media on Wednesday.
