YEREVAN. – Artur Vanetsyan, head of Armenia's National Security Service, condemns the visits of law enforcement officers to the offices of Armenian media outlets.

Commenting on the visits of investigative committee employees to Yerevan.Today and police visits to NEWS.am editorial office, Vanetsyan said he condemns any actions that would lead to restrictions on free speech and attempts to influence or silence the media.

“We are ready to stand by media in any case and to protect you all within the law,” he said.
