YEREVAN. – The lights of the main Christmas tree in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan will be lit Friday at 7:30pm, the Yerevan Municipality informed.

“A New Year concert-presentation will take place at Republic Square, during which the lights of the main and new Christmas tree will be solemnly lit,” reads the respective statement by the city hall. “The Yerevan Municipality gladly invites everyone to participate in the festive event.”
