Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated a number of former heads of foreign states and governments on Christmas and the coming New Year, the Kremlin's official website reports.
In particular, Putin congratulated the second and third presidents of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan, as well as former Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
