The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will consider the issue of Azerbaijani blogger Mehman Huseynov.
“During the plenary session of the PACE winter session in Strasbourg, the question of the blogger Mehman Huseynov will be raised,” contact.az said quoting the rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan, Stefan Schennach.
