A delegation from Armenia, and led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, has arrived in Strasbourg, France.

Within the framework of his two-day visit, Pashinyan on Thursday will attend the plenary session of the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) where he will deliver an address and respond to the MPs’ questions.

Also, Pashinyan will meet with Council of Europe (CoE) Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland, PACE President Liliane Maury Pasquier, and CoE Venice Commission President Gianni Buquicchio. In addition, Pashinyan and Jagland will make a statement for mass media.

Furthermore, the Armenian PM, the CoE Secretary General, and the PACE President will officially open—at the CoE headquarters—the photo exhibition, entitled “The Velvet Revolution of Armenia.” 

Within the framework of his visit, Nikol Pashinyan is expected to meet also with representatives of the Armenian community of Strasbourg.
