STEPANAKERT. – The adversary breached the truce at the zone of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces more than 65 times, from August 4 to 10.
During this time the Azerbaijan armed forces fired around 500 shots toward the military positions of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), and with various-caliber rifle weapons. Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned this from the press service of the Artsakh Ministry of Defense (MOD).
Vanguard units of the Artsakh Defense Army, however, continue to strictly follow the maintenance of the ceasefire and to confidently carry out their combat duty.
