Director of the National Security Service of Armenia Artur Vanetsyan has conveyed a congratulatory message on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic). As reported the press center of the National Security Service of Armenia, the message particularly reads as follows:

“Dear compatriots, I cordially congratulate you on Independence Day of Artsakh. The struggle of the Armenians of Artsakh for freedom and for the right to live on their homeland with dignity is one of the glorious pages in Armenian history and is of pan-Armenian significance.

I wish peace, unbreakable will and accomplishment of personal and national goals.”
