STEPANAKERT. –Artsakh State Minister Grigory Martirosyan said restoration of Talish, a village in the Martakert Region of Artsakh, will be over soon.
“A lot of work has been done. We can say that the process of returning residents has started. Four families have already returned to the village. Others are expected to come back in September and October,” Martirosyan said.
He also stressed they plan to restore the school, as well as kindergarten, which will open new jobs in the village.
