The My Step bloc believes that Armenia is a sovereign state, and without taking into account the interests of Armenia in the CSTO, they cannot make any decisions, MP from the ruling My Step bloc Ruben Rubinyan said at Armenian parliament on Tuesday.
According to him, consolidation of the status of partner countries and observer states in the CSTO will allow Armenia to include those countries whose presence is positively evaluated by the Armenian side.
“But Azerbaijan will not be a partner or observer in the CSTO, as Armenia will not provide consensus. Everything is completely clear,” he said.
