Russia and Turkey are highly likely to sign a deal in 2020 to supply Ankara with an additional batch of S-400 air defense systems, Interfax reported referring to Dmitry Shugaev, director of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSVTS).

Earlier, Deputy PM Yuri Borisov and the head of Alexander Mikheev, General Director at Rosoboronexport spoke about the possible purchase of an additional S-400 batch by Turkey.

Turkey bought four S-400 divisions from Russia. Rosoboronexport earlier in October noted that Russia had fulfilled this deal ahead of schedule by supplying Turkey with all the elements of the S-400 systems, including missiles.
