The number of Chinese citizens who visited Armenia in January-October 2019 increased by 6050 people compared to the same period last year, exceeding the figure of 14 thousand, said Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts at the Armenian parliament on Monday.

According to him, in January-October 2018, 8430 Chinese citizens visited Armenia, and 8450 people went from Armenia to China.

 “The dynamics in 2019 are quite high despite the fact that there is still a visa regime between the countries,” the deputy FM said.
