The hearing of the appeal of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan’s attorneys is taking place in the Criminal Court of Appeal of Armenia. The hearing is presided by Judge Lusine Abgaryan.
Earlier, Judge Mkhitar Papoyan had granted the prosecutor’s motion and recused himself.
Robert Kocharyan’s attorneys will appeal the decision of Judge Anna Danibekyan of the first instance court on denying release of the second President of Armenia on bail.
