The Armenian Protestant church, which was destroyed as a result of the 2015 Turkish-Kurdish clashes in Turkey’s primarily Kurdish-populated town of Diyarbakir, has been reopened after repairs.

The Husrev Pasa Mosque and this Armenian Protestant church, which were destroyed in 2015, were repaired with funds from the Turkish Directorate General of Foundations, CNN Turk reports.

About 70 million Turkish liras (approx. $12 million) were been spent on repairing these destroyed spiritual structures.
