YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: Yesterday Hraparak had information that, by the order of January 31, Yerevan mayor Hayk Marutyan directed the money intended for the paving of the sidewalks to the renovation of the Kentron district administration building. Upon hearing the question, Kentron district head Avet Poghosyan, a friend of Hayk Marutyan, had said that he did not answer questions by phone and offered to address in writing.

Now we have the document that confirms the information we have. On January 31, Mayor Hayk Marutyan ordered to replace the words "sidewalk repairs—tiling" with the words "renovation of the administrative building of Kentron district" on the January 20, 2020 decision, which means that instead of tiling the destroyed and ruined sidewalks of the capital city, the mayor and his friend will renovate the already very-well-renovated and good-shape district administration building.
