On March 3, the Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, met with the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatovic, in Strasbourg, France.
They discussed the prevention of torture, the rights of women and children, abusive and degrading speech on social media, public awareness work in Armenia, and some other issues.
