The Armenian government is not going to provide nitrate and diesel fuel to the villagers, as the money for all this is provided to them as an agricultural loan, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan said Wednesday at the parliament.

He recalled that in 2018, the government initiated the cleaning of the credit history of 125 thousand people, excluding them from the 'black' list. However, according to Pashinyan, 75% of these people subsequently worsened their credit history.
