Most of the capital construction projects that are carried out through government funding in Armenia are projects for road construction. This is what Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia Suren Papikyan said in response to a question from deputy of the Bright Armenia Party Arkady Khachatryan.

Moreover, according to Papikyan, in the first phase, 90% of the tenders have already been held.

“There are winners in all sectors. I would like to say that capital construction will continue at any price and by all means, as well as in the necessary way and within the prescribed time limits,” Papikyan said.
