Armenian prime minister Nikol Pashinyan once again tried to put the blame on the "people," Artsakh ex-Ombudsman, human rights activist Ruben Melikyan wrote on his Facebook page.

According to him, during the Saturday's Facebook live, the PM once again announced failure in curbing the pandemic and once again tried to put the blame on the 'people.'

"It seems to me that the higher echelons of power have no idea why, in general, people obey or do not obey the restrictions established by the state. A few days ago I initiated a survey in this regard and promised to summarize it during a lecture. Tomorrow I will speak on this issue on the same page," he added.
