Tunisia defeated COVID-19, Anews reported referring to Prime Minister of Tunisia Elyes Fakhfakh.
According to him, Tunisians should be proud that they defeated the virus as they got out of this crisis with the least damage.
Fakhfakh noted the country will reopen its borders on June 27.
Tunisia has confirmed 1,096 COVID-19 cases, the death toll there has reached 49.
