YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: According to Zhoghovurd daily’s information, major upheaval is taking place at the European Court of Human Rights on the position of the Chief Specialist of the Research and Development Department of the office of the RA representative [to the court].

The thing is that the abovementioned position is vacant, and specific persons apply to the Prime Minister's staff to participate in the competition being held for the vacant position, but not everyone's applications are accepted, and as a result of which a lawsuit was filed with the RA Administrative Court against Eduard Aghajanyan, Chief of Staff to the RA Prime Minister.

Zhoghovurd daily tried to ask Eduard Aghajanyan for comment [on the matter], but the latter did not answer our phone calls.
