YEREVAN. – The prosecutor's office of Armenia has not yet received the Criminal Court of Appeal decision regarding ex-President Robert Kocharyan’s case, in connection with his release on bail. Case prosecutor Gevorg Baghdasaryan on Tuesday told reporters about this.

"As soon as we receive the decision, we will prepare an appeal and submit it to the Court of Cassation," the prosecutor added.

And asked whether the process may take another direction taking into account the appearance of injured parties, the prosecutor said that the appearance of such injured parties could speak of obstructing the investigation.
