The Kremlin is deeply concerned by the shootings on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and urges the parties to restraint, RIA Novosti reported referring to presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"We call on both sides to restraint and to comply with their obligations under the ceasefire," he said.
According to him, Russia is ready to exert its 'mediation efforts to resolve it as a co-chair of the Minsk Group'.
