Former spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the two Armenian fixed-term servicemen killed from the gunshots fired by Azerbaijani soldiers in Armenia’s Tavush Province today were not on the border.

“The deceased servicemen were not on the border, but since military operations are in progress, all circuits and lines are in combat,” Hovhannisyan said.

A short while ago, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia reported that the Armenian side has two more casualties as a result of gunshots fired by the adversary, including fixed-term servicemen, Junior Sergeants Smbat Gabrielyan and Grisha Matevosyan.

Two other servicemen were killed from the gunshots fired by the adversary, including Major Garush Hambardzumyan and Captain Sos Elbakyan.
