Personnel reshuffles in Azerbaijan have been carried out for a long time, and it seems they have far-reaching goals, right up to the change of the president, Armenian deputy FM Shavarsh Kocharyan told reporters on Friday.
"Any attempt to find a solution by force only hinders the peace process. From this point of view, the last step of Azerbaijan further removes this prospect," he noted.
