Garo Paylan, the Armenian member of the Turkish parliament, had a telephone conversation with the governor of Istanbul in connection with the Azerbaijanis’ attack against an Armenian young man in Istanbul.
Paylan wrote on his Twitter page that urgent steps must be taken to prevent attacks in Istanbul on Armenians from Armenia. "The forces behind these attacks must be found," Garo Paylan wrote.
