According to him, the purpose of the program is to create opportunities for the free movement of people who can provide medical indicators that they are not carriers of the coronavirus. "The aim of the initiative is to open the borders for citizens who are not carriers of the coronavirus," said Sargsyan, who is a former PM of Armenia.
