Armenians in Canada are holding strong protests in various parts of the country—and against the ongoing Turkey-backed Azerbaijani aggression on Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Armenia.

Edgar Manukyan, a member of the United Armenian Council of Ontario, informed on Facebook that Armenians have taken to streets—from the capital Ottawa to Calgary, voicing their protest against the delivery of weapons to Turkey, Armenpress reported.

Local Armenians have demonstrated—chanting “Don’t stay silent”, “Don’t support Turkey in manufacturing fatal weapons and supplying them to Azerbaijan”, “We shall win”, “Artsakh is ours”, “Peace to Artsakh”, and some other calls—and holding banners and the national flags of Armenia and Artsakh.

They also demand to recognize the independence of Artsakh.

Their main rally was held outside the Canadian Parliament building in Ottawa.
