The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France says the French authorities have approved and are starting to implement the program for wide support to be provided to the Armenians affected as a result of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, TASS reported.

“The provision of the support will be coordinated by a special commission, as well as the Crisis Center of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs which will mobilize state institutions, the Association for Solidarity with Armenia and humanitarian associations that are part of the Coordination Sud organization,” the statement of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs reads.

The ministry also reports that France will be providing support in three areas, including transport of surgeons and medical equipment, the strengthening of cooperation of the hospitals of both countries and the support of humanitarian organizations and UN agencies.
