Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to the newly appointed Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Garibashvili, on assuming this post .

“The strong ties of friendship between Armenia and Georgia are underpinned by centuries old mutual contacts, deep respect and trust between our peoples. I am confident that our governments will continue to cooperate with a view to implementing joint programs to tap the full potential of Armenian-Georgian cooperation to the benefit of our two nations,” the message reads in part.
