Pakistan has released 11 policemen who were taken hostage by Islamists during the recent clashes between the police and members of the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan far-right Islamist political party in Lahore, AFP reports.

The video posted on social networks shows traces of blood and bruises on some of the hostages.
