The Israeli authorities ordered the lifting of restrictions on movement on roads along the perimeter of the Gaza Strip in connection with the ceasefire agreement with Hamas, TASS reported, citing the Kan TV and Radio Corporation.

According to it, in the morning, highways between settlements located along the perimeter of the border with the Gaza Strip began to open for traffic in both directions. The police prohibited movement on these routes due to the fact that radicals from Gaza could fire anti-tank guided missiles at passing vehicles.

According to The Jerusalem Post, Israeli army spokesman noted that no missiles had been fired at Israel since 2 am when the ceasefire came into force.
