The launch of activities of the new convocation of the Russian State Duma will allow to resume interparliamentary cooperation between Russia and Armenia. This is what Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov said during a meeting with Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Alen Simonyan.

“Russia held the elections of the State Duma just recently. The State Duma is launching its activities, and this will allow to resume large-scale cooperation between the parliaments,” Lavrov said.
