President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today signed the laws on making amendments and supplements to the law on civil defense, the Criminal Code, the laws on weapons, service in national security bodies, national security bodies, the notary and on ratifying the Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, the Staff of the President of Artsakh reports.
