YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily of Armenia writes: Our sources close to the government inform that the government-formed commission which deals with the matters of the [coronavirus] pandemic and vaccinations [against it] has recently started talks with Gazprom Armenia and ENA [(Electric Networks of Armenia)] [companies].
Mechanisms are being developed to increase the [natural] gas and electricity bills in the future—moreover, it is a question of up to 100% increase—for citizens [in Armenia] who have not been vaccinated against the coronavirus.

According to our source, the [natural] gas and electricity bills will not increase only at the addresses where at least 80 percent of the registered persons have been vaccinated.

Our source close to the government substantiates this with the high number of coronavirus deaths in Armenia, and that the only way to fight against it is to get vaccinated.
