At the OSCE Ministerial Conference held in Stockholm last year, the need to resolve the Karabakh conflict through negotiations within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs was highlighted by the majority of the Organization's participating states, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said on Monday.

This principle was supported by high-ranking representatives of a number of international organizations, he said.

“In 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia worked on the implementation of the main directions of the foreign policy of the republic and the program of the Government, as well as on promoting reforms, developing an agenda, strengthening cooperation with international partners, protecting the state interests of the country, strengthening sovereignty, restoring territorial integrity, and resolving the Karabakh conflict., ensuring human rights and security and overcoming the humanitarian problems caused by the 44-day war,” Mirzoyan noted.
