US Ambassador to OSCE Michael Carpenter calls for immediate measures to reduce tension and prevent further escalation in the Karabakh conflict zone.
Carpenter told he is deeply concerned for the safety of those living in and around Nagorno-Karabakh due to reports of renewed fighting in the area.
He does not want a return to large-scale hostilities, as was the case in 2020, and call for immediate action to reduce tensions and prevent further escalation.
